the room was cozy, clean and very well equipped. central, but very quiet street in order to sleep well. everything you need is just nearby. I highly recommend Ama Bilbao. the staff was very friendly and helped us with the luggage after check out.

I liked the quiet room, confortable matress, location. I am originally from Bilbao and a group of friends and myself decided to stay in Pensión Plaza Nueva. Highly recommend. Plaza Nueva is a great spot to have a few pintxos and drinks in the evening (Also during the day 😉).

Such a good place at such a good price is almost impossible to find. Room was small but clean, very comfortable queen bed with memory foam madras and super soft towels. Quite. Location really good as well. Came with the bus from the airport and form plaza moyua it was a very short walk. Will come again. Independent checkin with easy-to-follow instructions, no problem.

The check in staff were really helpful and friendly. Inago drew us a map to see some of the sights and another staff member helped book us a taxi for a very early morning flight. The tea and coffee station was appreciated in our room. The room was spacious and the accommodation is really well located, a short walk to the Guggenheim!

Loved the location, cannot be more central than that! The facility is beautiful, different, our room was very nicely decorated and clean. The only worrisome thing for us was when we noticed earplugs in the bathroom... we though - uh- that we will be miserable and won't sleep. The crowds at night (on a Thursday night) were insane! Thousands of people out on the street, drinking and having a good time. The plugs came in handy and surprisingly, we did sleep! Of course, the recycling trucks came early and started emptying all those bottles from the bins - another fun part. Nevertheless, even with this, I would stay there again. Note - we are not at the age of the youth having fun, we're their parents' age - and still enjoyed it ;-). Definitely not a place for you, if you want peace and quiet ;-)
