I booked this accommodation after arriving at another place and realised I had booked the wrong dates. I then found out a big event was happening in Madrid and all accommodation was either sold out or extortionate prices. I contacted the lady on reception (short blonde hair) as I was arriving late and she said she would stay until I arrived. She was very nice and friendly and sorted my room out straight away. She was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was nice and I had an amazing nights sleep. Great value for money.

The house has everything needed for a short stay. It is very clean and spacious. Checking in late at night is not an issue which is great for people whose flights land at crazy hours.

The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. She offered and later booked us a taxi to where we were headed. She also guided us on how to use the metro / train as we were not 100% sure. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, she also thanks us for our stay when we left.

The hotel was super clean and modern!! I was surprised at how nice the room was. Reminded me of something I would have stayed at in North America. Breakfast options were good and someone was at the front desk 24/7 to assist with any needs. Taking the Cercania into the center of Madrid was super easy and convenient. The hotel was a 6 minute walk to the station.
