We arrived late at night as a stop between Barcelona airport and Girona. We felt very welcome. The accommodation is basic but comfortable. We had a wonderful meal in the evening when we arrived. We would recommend this place to other travellers.

This early 19th-century building is situated in central Caldes de Malavella, famous for its springs and Roman Baths. It features lovely garden-terraces, free Wi-Fi and free bicycle rental.

Hostal Febrellas was a great find. Right in the centre of Malavella, close to the sites, restaurants and easy to take the train to Girona or Figueras. Our hosts were helpful and friendly, the breakfast exceptional with wide variety of choices. The room was clean and comfortable and there is a sunroom and large garden for relaxing. Very quiet and peaceful. We felt very much at home.

Pensió Bellmirall is located in the centre of Girona’s Old Town, just 100 metres from the cathedral. The simple rooms have private bathrooms, and there is a free Wi-Fi hotspot.

The bed is incredibly comfortable. The staff is super nice. The building is from 2000 years ago, very historic and located in a beautiful street. breakfast is amazing and they have gluten free options.

Hostal Los Pinares is a guest house located 5-minute drive from Lloret de Mar. Each room features a flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Most rooms offer mountain views.
