We liked everything. The hospitality of the owners Pepi and Rafael is extraordinary. Fantastic restaurants around the hotel - all are friends of the owners and their guests receive special attention. The room is very well equiped. What else can be added to the excellent reviews? I hardly imagine what could be the reason for less than 10 in the review - in my opinion they merit only 10+++!

This value hotel is set in the tranquil coastal town of Santa Pola, and is ideal accommodation for a fun-filled holiday in the sun on the Costa Blanca.

The staff is very friendly and has good English. The location is great and it’s well cleaned and maintained. the breakfasts is simple but good and price worthy. A big plus is that you can rent bikes at the hotel!

Nice hotel, 2 minutes from a great beach and promenade with stores, restaurants, bars. Clean sand and water. Not many people considering the length of the beach and promenade. Near the hotel there are several stores where you can buy everything you need

Booked last minute as decided to stay a night on this wonderful island, local people so friendly an full of enthusiasm.

Perfect, central location at Playa del Cura. My studio was spotless, newly renovated, had a great shower, comfortable bed, a fridge, kettle, microwave and a small balcony. Just right for me to visit my brother and his family who live a couple of kilometres away! My last photo is the sea view from the balcony.

Sophie, Patrick and their lovely son Tristan were absolutely wonderful hosts. They were so kind and welcoming and would do anything to help. They even took me with them to see the fireworks display with their lovely friends, they drove me to the shops and we shared coffee together.. Casa del Fenix is stunningly beautiful. The accommodation was sparkling clean and the pool was gorgeous! I have become friends with Sophie and will return back here soon. What a wonderful, lovely, genuine, beautiful family.
