Great budget hotel near Madrid. Close to the train station, has huge underground parking. Also lots of outdoor parking available nearby. Breakfast is basic but for the price its ok. Room itself is quite comfortable, good shower and good wifi speed

My wife and I, have never felt so safe anywhere in the world before. Getafe is not geared up for tourism, and I hope that it remains this way. As soon as we attempted to speak Spanish everyone we spoke to were very polite, helpful and friendly. Hostal Carlos, was exceptional. Location of it was easy to find away from the main road far enough to make it quiet. From the outside, it looked like a typical well kept unassuming building for the area. Once inside it proved to be well above expectations and spotless clean. Sometimes other guests were a little noisy, but that is fault of guests not Hostsl Carlos 111. Fantastic stay for the week.
