The staff were very extremely nice. I sent a message once I booked to ask if I could leave my large suitcases at the hotel for a week while I visited Granada and I was allowed to leave my suitcases at the hotel free of charge until I returned a few days later for another stay at the hotel. The hotel is located on the second floor and there is a small elevator which is useful if you have luggage. The hotel is located in the center of Madrid walking distance to many restaurants and tourist sites.

The hotel i s situated on the perfect place. Оpposite the hotel is the Royal Palace. Our room was big and very comfortable. The staff was kind. The bed was also comfortable. Enough furniture. Every day it was provided free of charge instant coffee and tea bags. Near to the hotel there were good places for breakfast and dinner.

Nice and comfortable place. For a more than reasonable price, we got a two-room suite with a bathroom and a kitchenette. Everything looks even better than in the photo. Brand new rooms, clean and beautiful. Very comfortable beds, we had a great sleep. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker with capsules, and dishes. The price includes a sweet breakfast - pastries, milk, jam. Excellent wifi. The guest house is located in a quiet and peaceful area of ​​Madrid. We definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
