It’s a very modern yet comfortable place with a kitchen for the use of all the guests- espresso, Tea, microwave, refrigerator with milk and soy milk are available all day- even some muesli and cookies- it’s a perfect place to rest and recover from the bustling city-and very centrally located within walking distance to most museums and monuments in Madrid. The staff (Valentina and Aitor) were extremely helpful and friendly- they really made me feel welcome.

Beautiful hotel located directly across from the palace. It’s very close to shops and restaurants also. The customer service is just amazing and the staff is super helpful. Jose at reception was just fantastic!

This Hostal is a hidden gem in the heart of Madrid. Prices are totally budget friendly and the location is strategic for reaching any highlight of the city in just a few minutes. The staff is next level (they even wait for us for a late check in when our flight was delayed). The room was not only comfortable but also pristine clean! We really enjoyed our stay in Dulcinea hostal! We highly recommend the place. 10/10

The hostal has an excellent location, it has every tourist attraction at walking distance. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only observation is that the bathroom was a little too small, but practical and spotless.

Staff were kind and welcoming when I arrived. The bed was very comfy and the room was exceptionally clean. Though it’s a very small room, it’s perfect for a short stay for a solo traveler and the location was absolutely ideal.
