We liked everything in this very nice hotel: warm welcome, hotel close to the historic centre, calm, clean, comfortable, full of character, with a super breakfast but , most of all, a staff who gave us lots of interesting advice to visit the city and the surroundings, to find a nice place to eat, to explain the route and points of interest in the Picos of Europa. Lovely rooms, very clean, beds were comfortable. We were a family, 2 adults and 2 children, we had 2 rooms next to one another accessed via a private door from the garden. The location was perfect for a short stroll to the centre of Santillana del Mar.
