The room was really nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was air conditioning. The TV had Netflix. However, the best thing is the location. It can not get anymore central than that. Restaurants and bars are close by. Our room was on the third floor but there were no elevators in the building we were staying in, so it might not be suitable for old people.

The hosts, Emilio and his partner, make you feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, AC works great and I was here when it was 40c+ outside. Bathrooms were very clean, and hot water was plentiful for showers. The rooftop terraces are a great place to relax and get to know other guests.

This is a well located guesthouse in a safe and central neighbourhood. The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. There is a lovely roof terrace. The elevator is quick. The breakfast is one of the best continental breakfasts I've had. The kitchen is available for you to use the coffee machine or make a sandwich, there is a refrigerator and water machine available. Electric scooters are available 50 metres away.

Amazing and friendly staff, had a great welcome on our first day and there is also someone at the reception 24/7. The rooms are also cleaned everyday. The location is also fantastic which is walking distance to a lot of the restaurants and also near many places to visit like the Giralda or the Alcazar.
