The hotel is housed in a unique, historic building that immediately immerses you in the magical atmosphere of the city. While the rooms are not very large, they are beautifully designed – every detail creates a cozy and elegant ambiance. The room was spotlessly clean, and daily housekeeping kept it in perfect condition throughout our stay. The hotel staff deserves special praise – incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. One of the highlights was the stunning terrace with a breathtaking view – the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. This place truly has soul, and we would definitely stay here again. A perfect base for exploring Toledo, with a touch of luxury and history.

Fantastic Moorish palace where the oldest parts are more than 1000 years old. The location is perfect, right by the cathedral. We were allowed to park the car in the palace for Euro 18 per day. You should not have a large car if you are going to drive all the way to the hotel. Both the owner and the staff are very nice and helpful. You're making a bargain if you get a room here.

The staff was really very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect and it is the most comfortable, the beds, the atmosphere of the room and the facilities they offer are all excellent. They deserve 100/100!

The accomodation is in the city centre. Very friendly and helpful host, but they speak only spanish. The only thing was missing from the room was a fridge.

We requested twin room, we got twin room number 11, located on corner of house. The beds are excelent. Inside room we got 2x chair, small table and proper wardrobe. Of course we did not use tv. Air conditioner perfectly cool room during day. There are blinds outside on the windows. Parking in front of hostel or 9 euros for garage. Noise during the night from the street was low. The best hostel in Spain so far (1 month driving motorcycle around).
