Compared to other hotels it was reasonable. Very clean ,a bit more than basic but has every thing you want except a kettle. Staff exceptional. Happy if all hotels were like this. No not 5 star but 100s cheaper than others in town.

We loved everything about our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, the staff is friendly and helpful. Leire was incredible, gave us precious suggestions on what to do, where to go and what to eat. San Sebastián is great for fodies and one of the most beautiful cities we have been to. Fabulous accommodation in a prime quiet location. Ultra chic spot. The accommodation was very secure, clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing, friendly and helpful. You could text them throughout your stay for any assistance required. The room can be cleaned each day and water, coke and beers are provided free of charge. Lots of cool restaurants and bars right beside the accommodation, beside bus stops and minutes from the beach.

The best part of the hotel was the staff tbh, they are really nice and help in everything they can, they treat my well and helped me a lot letting me leave my bag in the hotel after checkout so I could’ve gone to the beach, really nice Staff!!
