This accomodation was really perfect. The most valuable was location, in the middle of Madrid and in walking distance to all interesting places. Everything was clean, comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpfull. I can recmmend Hostal Met Madrid for stay in Madrid.

The location is just fantastic - across the small square from the Royal Palace. The hotel is occupying only a few floors in a very old majestic building, so you often get to see other dwellers/apartment owners which makes you feel special. The shopping area is very close, and despite it being a city center, the area is very quiet at night, with no street sounds at all. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And of course, the jewel in crown - their wonderful kitchen which turns the room into a studio apartment!

The place is very elegant, neat, the rooms are big, and the staff very helpful and polite. The location is great, close to the main points of interest, like Porta del Sol, Plaza Mayor or the Prado Museum.

This hotel is in a great location, near everything in Gran Via. Subway station is right in front. My room was so cute, it was small, but it had everything needed: a comfortable bed, a small balcony and a little bathroom with very good shower.

Location is amazing - right off Gran Via. The room is a good size for 2ppl was felt modern and very clean. Exactly as pictured. Reception were friendly and helpful (24hr). There is a rooftop patio which was great to have some drinks on, or some take away bfast in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

This was the last night of our trip and we wanted to be close to the city center to enjoy the city and to catch the train from Atocha. It was the perfect location and the perfect stay too. The hotel is close to the Gran Via station and a short walk with luggage. Its in a building with a lift, so easy to get to the rooms. It is a secure building requiring keyless entry, which makes you feel more secure. The staff were delightful and we had requested luggage storage because we had arrived early - this is also secure as they have lockers and you put your own code into the locker. That way you can retrieve it at any time. Fortunately our room was ready early, which was a bonus for us and we were very grateful to be allowed to go in early. There is a lounge area at reception with a coffee machine, biscuits etc as well, if you have to wait for your room or a taxi. Our room was perfect. Designed by someone who knows how to include everything necessary in a small space, without it feeling claustrophobic or small. Its been newly refurbished and they use sustainable practices, like the water bottles, cardboard hangers and this is encouraging. There is a fridge and aircon in the room as well as a TV and wardrobe, big mirror and tea and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and lovely big pillows. Everything was spotlessly clean as well and good quality bedding and towels. The bathroom is small, but the shower is big and great rain shower. Wifi was great. It was so close to the main shopping areas, the Palace, Archeological Museum and of course many cafes and bars close by. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and even though we were only there for one night, for me it would be perfect for a longer stay too. Thanks to the two guys in reception who were so helpful and welcoming.
