This is a great option for people who value a great location at a reasonable price. The building is located in the very center of the city, so you won't have to spend money on transportation. There are many grocery supermarkets nearby, and an excellent market in the old town where you can buy local produce. The beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The apartment is clean and cozy, thanks to Philip, who takes great care of everything. I stayed in a double room and loved everything. I'll definitely be back!

Arriving in Monte Carlo, if you are alone on June 26, you can't afford to make mistakes (on booking.com the price was good, but who knows... in any case the owner had taken care to give me every indication via WhatsApp) otherwise in tears you run to the station and escape. When after a considerable climb (then I discovered all the elevators and escalators) I opened that French window, I found a mega A/C, a large smart TV on the wall (furious fast wi-fi), a mini fridge with kettle and coffee on top, hairdryer, ironing board with iron (fun optional in a 3 square meter room) bathroom and modern furnishings. My life for that evening was saved (never mind the rather limited hot water... and other trifles). As soon as I went down the stairs, in the square formidable pizza for 10 euros and markets open until late.

View from my room was stunning. Beautiful place to stay. Everything so clean and tidy.

Incredible location, bucolic and relaxing, next to a small waterfall. The house is freshly renovated with a luxurious taste and all comforts. It feels like being in a fairy tale with the smell of flowers coming from the beautiful garden. Our room was very big and all spaces were very well taken care. The location is isolated from the other houses and we loved it. Breakfast with local products was the cherry on the cake. Defiantly will come back at first occasion!

A good location for a relaxing stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer, Les Grimaldines - Maison d'Hôtes is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain.

Gorgeous host and lovely property the shower was fabulous and bed very cozy. After a four hour drive our host greeted us with cold water and home baked loaf which was delicious- street parking below was easy we were very happy would highly recommend ! 🌸

The apartment is new and well equipped, spotless clean. We didn't meet the host but they gave us very precise indication about how to check-in and were very responsive during the whole stay. It is in a good position, it is possible to reach the centre and the seaside by foot in about 15 minutes.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is something special! :) the breakfast was very delicious, fresh. The owner was nice, we could also leave our car and bikes there after check out to go to Menton centre by foot. :) There was also a very nice cat around the garden, which is always a big plus for us. :)
