This is another time that I came back for this lovely homestay. The appartement was still impressed me with the sophisticated decorations and facilities. I wish my home can be as beautiful as this 😂 Common transportation is really practical with the metro and the buses next door. Variety restaurant in the corner also Highly recommended this Homestay!

The owner is a very friendly woman who was available online all the time. I arrived a bit later than the check-in time, but still had no problems with it. Room is spacious and clean, has all the facilities and even more. Kitchen is equipped even if you want to cook. Very cozy place 🥰 Location is good for travelers, just 10 mins by taxi to Orly (by taxi it's about 12-15 eur)

Great location, probably the most important -> the metro is literally at the foot of the building. The district is really safe in my opinion, the room is located in the heart of the Asian refuge of France. Mostly people from this culture live here, who are naturally nice and would not hurt anyone. The host is a great, communicative and very nice person with a taste for decor! :) If you are visiting Paris for the first time, this is a really good choice, if we were to come back, we would definitely book this room.

Everything was perfect, and the hosts were incredibly friendly. Amazing breakfast was served fresh every morning. Lovely, charming and safe neighbourhood!

A good location for a hassle-free stay in Paris, Maison Lavaud is a guest house surrounded by views of the city.

La Maison Lavaud is such a wonderful place! We rented the Penthouse Apartment, it was very spacious, clean, with five bedromms, three bathrooms, a hot tub/whirlpool, Grand Piano, balconys.... It was very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, shampoo etc.) and Claire is a wonderful host! She welcomed us so friendly and was very helpfuk with every question we had. She also offered and brought breakfest every morning. They are super organized and so sweet. I really recommend this beautiful and special place.

We enjoyed this accommodation a lot. Just outside the city centre, around 600 meter from metro, private parking place for car with possibility to charge. Hosts were very friendly and the whole facility feels like cozy family house with downstairs a large open area to relax or take cup of coffee. There is also a large garden in the back, now in winter to cold but must be very nice in summertime to relax. We were very satisfied and would like to recommandatie this location to others. Photos on website are accurate.

Jerome was a great host and made it very comfortable and homely. Felt like I could treat the place as my own and ask questions about Paris in general. Great breakfast and was nice speaking with him. Will use again.
