An ideal base for touring the southeast of England. A beautiful house located in a charming rural area, decorated in a traditional style, yet very close to Ashford. Our room was spacious with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The owner was very friendly and served wonderful English breakfasts that pleased both the adults and our 10-year-old. Sincerely recommend it for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Jamie, the landlord, provided en passant interesting details about the history of the Old Post Office and nearby buildings. Jamie also ensured a discount in some of the local restaurants and coffees. Communication with Jamie before arrival was seamless.

Location was excellent and the town centre was a less than 10 minute walk. The room was clean and very well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Excellent air conditioning.

What a wonderful place! Clean, lovely room, welcoming staff and delicious food. Right next to the harbor and the beaches. I would love to check in again anytime in the future.

The Old Borough Arms is a lovely oldy worldy building, our room was modern & spacious with a fab en suite shower. The staff were friendly + helpful with ideas of places to see nearby. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
