from the time we arrived. To all the help I received re-booking a cancelled flight that I just found out about they let me sit there after I had booked out to be on my PC to get it all sorted and gave me enough coffee to last 3 days. I'll be back for sure.

    Great place to stay in a fantastic location. Walking distance to restaurants, Loch Lomond and Balloch Castle and Country Park. The area was quiet and the guest house was clean and comfortable. Andrea was a great host.

    Chloe is a great host. She is caring, welcoming and provided us with all the help and information needed. The hotel itself is comfortable and quiet, exactly what we needed. Location is great for a walk around the castle, a visit to the loch or as a stopover towards the highlands. (P.s. the Indian restaurant opposite the hotel is a great find, delicious and huge meals!)
