We felt very welcome from arrival by the helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely accommodating when we asked if it was possible to switch to a room with a standing bath-they sorted it as there was a room available. The full breakfast was lovely.

We loved the clean and comfy bedroom, deliciou breakfast, and proximity to the city of Bath. We were able to walk back and forth into Bath --the walk in less than a mile into town!

Amazing location right across the bridge from town and a few minutes from the Roman Baths and Abbey. Lovely room, really cozy and clean with all the necessary amenities. The owner Julie is very warm and helpful.

Breakfast was great, host was very helpful by giving us wonderful tips for places to see and things to do. He made dinner reservations for us and the places he recommended were exceptional.

The entire staff was sooo very warm and welcoming and the whole property had lovely decor and a beautiful garden with a play area for kids! They offered an upgrade for my daughter and I which was nice of them. Our room was very spacious and nice. We stayed only one night in order to make it easier to have a full day at the Longleat Safari park. They booked us a very friendly and fair taxi to Longleat and offered to store our luggage while we were at the park until we had to get the train back to London in the late afternoon. Will absolutely book again if we decide to go back to Longleat someday!
