We were able to check in early after booking online and then speaking with the owner. They understood that we were leaving different accommodation due to poor management and hygiene. The room itself was spotless and had everything we needed, lovely little extras in the room and bathroom, plus offroad parking. Couldn't ask for more.

Breakfast was exceptional! Admittedly, not the full range of items you might see in a top notch hotel, but fruit juice + tea/coffee + cereal + cooked breakfast. Very impressive. The two hosts were both very welcoming and helpful with local directions. It was a great decision to stay here!

    Really excellent old-fashioned guest house with great hosts. My veggie breakfast was excellent,the room was spotless,the wi-fi was excellent and parking though on-road was never a problem. I always got within 50 yards at most.

    - for breakfast we strongly recommend the famous poached eggs, they are the best - don't miss a visit to RSPB center from Bempton Cliffs to great the puffins - a walk through Danes Dyke forest, they offer unforgettable sceneries - Sue and Robert are a very nice and pleasant hosts, Sue being attentive to details and very sociable; - It was very welcoming, clean and very central; - The entire design of the guest house was charming.
