The Shaftesbury was a quaint little hotel in a charming residential neighbourhood with ample street parking. It is just a short drive to the city centre. The rooms are clean with super comfortable beds. The staff are all fantastic and courteous The breakfast was excellent with cooked eggs, meats, fruit, yoghurt and juices. Had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

In the heart of Dundee, within a minute's walk from tourist attractions such as the V&A/Discovery/HMS Frigate Unicorn/Verdant Works Museums, Slessor Gardens, Caird Hall, DCA, and REP Theatre.

It was very quiet, the room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. In town centre and near all amenities. The decor was also very nice. Highly recommend this place.

A perfect stay for golfer, close to everything I needed during my stay, pubs, restaurants, main streets, golf courses, academy. Perfect instructions for me even I arrived past midnight due my late night, easily got into the guesthouse and the room. Loved Full Scottish Breakfast :)

The hosts were beyond welcoming, always freindly, offered all the help needed and always in for a conversation, which helped to figure good restaurants / pub´s, but also locations to visit. The room was spacious, clean, offered a decent sized TV, and had some goodies prepared :) Throughout the house there were small bowls with fruits and sweets and a little gathering area, where also drinks were offered for free. Breaktfast was all freshly made and very tasty - you can pick from a variety of different things and although you need to submit some of your menu wishes the day before, you can always ask for a refill. On the outside you could enjoy the good weather on a lovely porch, or alternatively on hollywood swing´s and lounge chairs in the garden - which all together has been equally nice. Overall the best experience during the 10 days trip in Scotland!

Pinewood is in a great location with ample parking. The property is beautiful throughout and felt very homely. Our room was tastefully decorated and was very comfortable.

Self-check in was very straight forward, there were vegan and gluten-free options for breakfast, rooms are well heated and very clean, and we had a problem with a blown fuse in the shower but they got it fixed within 20 minutes of us calling them :)

The managers are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The cottage is very cosy and peaceful, yet so central! Cottage is new and amenities are stylish. Interior done with a lot of love to detail. Can only recommend this place and we will certainly return!

Lovely little guest house in the heart of St. Andrews. Excellent value for money relative to other accommodations in the town. It was a perfect location for several days of golf. Ilya was a very gracious, welcoming, and helpful host!
