Comfortable room and good bathroom facilities. Tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge in room. Sainsburys a few doors away. In the centre of town but the road was quite quiet. We tried our first oatcake ever for breakfast from Poveys, who are across the road. Brilliant 360° view from Mow Cop Folly, which is not far away. Lovely friendly people.

Location great - five minutes walk into the centre of town for shops and buses. The quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Very clean. New bathroom. Access to full kitchen with free coffee etc. Kevin is a good host - full introduction to facilities. I liked the style of the old renovated house.

Good clear instructions on how to get in and out. Kevin there to meet me when I first got there - which was really good as I didn't have a clue where I was going (as I'm not from the area). Great place and a great service.
