The house is located on the road coming to town, cross that road and you are on the beach. We had an amazing view from our window of the sea and Bass Rock. The staff was accommodating and nice, making sure we had everything we needed. Bus stations, pubs, and supermarkets, all are a few steps away.

The cottage where we stayed was delightful having all the amenities you could want. There was good side well appointed shower/wash room a very generous size lounge area, good bedroom and a very clever fold out kitchen. It was situated in a quiet location and the courtyard area was very pleasant with enough space for parking as well as benches to sit in the lovely garden. The owner made us and our Jack Russell Lottie very welcome and did not mind our dog being in the area outside our cottage.

Lena was an exceptional host. Met us upon arrival and explained things to us carefully and thoughtfully. No traffic noise from the main road, which was good. Dinner was exceptional, as was the home cooked scrambled eggs for breakfast the next morning. A very delightful and pleasant stay!

Great level of accommodation, very friendly staff. We arrived at the property too late, but the host Jim provided clear instructions how to reach the address and taking keys for our room and on that way everything was running absolutely smoothly out of checkingin hours. Great English breakfast. The lady whom served the breakfast was really nice. Safe neighborhood, easy links to the airport and city center. The bus stops just in front of the guest house. Best value for money spent. Thanks a lot for your great hospitality. :)
