Very clean, very friendly staff, access to the train station, 10 minutes walk, also you can take the fast train and be in London in 1.5 hour. Near supermarkets (you can shop easily and quickly) so one can save money on food, rather than eating outside you can fix yourself meals particularly breakfast with a coffee machine in the unit. The neighborhood felt very safe, for walk and just peace of mind. You can watch whatever you want by connecting your laptop to the TV.

From the start Sal at reception was so hospitable and comical. I think his name was Nick who showed us to our room, again very pleasant. We only stayed for one night and the room was up to a good standard (No 41). Some reviews raise concern over the shower cubicle but I found it ok. It had hot water and a good pressure so yes I was happy and clean. Value for the price and a great location for staying in Chester and walking around the city. We will be back.👏👏

I had a wonderful stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, it felt so cosy and welcoming—truly like a home away from home. Everything was spotless and very well-kept, with such thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with lots of delicious options and beautifully presented. You can really tell how much care has gone into making this place not just comfortable but special, with little features that make the stay extra memorable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and genuine hospitality.
