The host is super flexible and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I lost a connection flight, arrived there late and he let me check out one hour later so I could rest up a bit longer. The manager Towfiq made me feeling comfortable always. Also he always helps me from when I have arrived this hotel. he waited for me over midnight. I feel he tries to do his best and as much as he can. he is very impressive man.
