Extremely clean, you take your shoes off at the entrance, carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom, very helpful host, a thirty-fourty minute walk from the airport, very cozy. Pictures in the listing correspond with reality. Super easy to connect to WiFi. Many regular UK plugs and USB and USB C plugs as well to charge your electronics in the room and in the kitchen area. Complimentary water, biscuits, cereal, tea and coffee, kitchen utensils, a microwave, fridge and freezer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste... The host thought of everything! There is a Tesco express 20 minutes away, if you need anything. A very quiet, residential location. Exactly what we needed to spend the night and catch an early flight the next morning. Be aware of the stairs, two of the three rooms are up the stairs, which are quite steep.

Perfect self contained accommodation, has everything you need and hosts super friendly and helpful. The accommodations bed was so comfortable (I want to know what mattress you have) we booked to stay for 1 night for a festival and was a 20 minute easy stroll to the bowl. Will definitely come back again. Quiet location with parking. It is not a negative just personal preference, some black out curtains and extra pillows but like I say hard to say anything that we didn't like as it was lovely

We had a late check-in due to a flight delay, arriving at 12:12 am. Despite the late hour, the staff were incredibly welcoming, which made for a great start to our stay. We also had a car and didn’t want to park on the street, so they kindly arranged a parking space for us—another brilliant touch. The room was spotless, felt very safe, and was conveniently close to town. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent—overall, everything was fantastic.

Nice and cosy quiet room. Clean. The owner is super friendly, he was welcoming and offered me a meal. It was a room in a living house where the owner's family live. Highly recommend. The breakfast was fruits. 2 bottles of still drinking water 0.5 liters each are provided.

When we pulled into the driveway, we were blown away by how stunning this cottage is. The whole property is full of charm, clean and so comfortable. The location meant that it was nice and quiet, but still walking distance to things nearby! We were left scones and milk and fresh juice. Such a wonderful touch! I highly recommend and will love to come back!

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom was spotlessly clean, as was the communal kitchen. The host is very friendly and always ready to help if you have a question. Shops and eateries are one minute walk. It‘s a 15-minute walk to Luton Town and 45 minutes to Luton Airport.
