Spotless! After trying to find a spek of dirt on the carpet throughout the premises..I couldn't! The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. He even had special k for my son. The breakfast was 2nd to none. The process of checking in/out couldn't have been any easier. The shower was one of the best i ever had. TV and WiFi was top notch. It's not that often I feel obliged to tip, but I did on this occasion. Highly recommended for anyone looking for value for money.

    Excellent value for money - very accommodating host, extremely helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. Great breakfast and the room was quiet and comfortable. Great location opposite the park and easy parking in the street.

    Chadwick Guesthouse is in a nice quiet area of Middlesbrough just across the road from Albert Park. Claudio, the host, is very welcoming and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. It is the second time I have stayed here and it has proved excellent value for money both times.
