The property was well thought out in a lovely quiet location. It had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. It was perfect for 2 people. It was so quiet I was able to sleep during the day having done night shifts! The outside space was really nice to chill in during the day. Paul was so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a place to sleep off night shifts!

Visited for a student reunion. Excellent facilities, clean, quiet, pleasant management. Appreciated the polite no shoes inside policy. Leafy residential area between town centre and uni; nice pubs and good quality reasonably priced restaurants. Connaught Kitchen round the corner great for breakfast.

Great little house to stay in, within walking distance to Norwich centre. Room was great - attic room - but not good for tall people! Kitchen was great bonus to make cups of tea, etc and lovely hot shower! Would definitely stay here again! Great communication with host too and portal worked fine 😃

The staff are very friendly and helped with anything I needed and provided milk, tea, coffee and biscuits! The location is close to the centre which was great and the room was very clean in a quiet area. Will be staying here again in the future.

    Our room was ready earlier - a big plus! Polite & easygoing staff - I asked for some extra things and it was no problem. Clean room at the beginning. Great location, it is a 5min walk from the train station and a 15-20min walk from the city centre! The town is charming! Good prices!
