It's a charming and quiet place fairly close to the station. Sue has maintained the place really well and we were given a hearty breakfast. There are also many good eating joints in the market nearby. Penrith is gorgeous!

We had a lovely stay here- the rooms are a good size and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! They’re very dog friendly and our dog loved the gardens, the view from the back garden is beautiful. We’ll definitely come back and stay for longer next time.

Everything Really nice georgian house with an incredibly comfortable bed and beautiful room. The hosts were really accommodating with my check in time and were really nice to chat to. The room was all that I needed, with a cohesive decoration, and a shower with good pressure. There was a small fridge just outside the room where I was able to put some things to chill down. The breakfast was one of the best I had in a hotel, with lots of options, including gluten free and vegan. Fresh berries were also available. I will definitely repeat whenever I am up in Penrith.
