Really excellent. You get a detatched seperate area all to your self, including bath room and kitchen. You can also control the heating all by yourself. Milk, tea and coffee was kindly provided, as well as a dedicated parking space :)

We stayed with family to explore the City of Oxford. We felt very welcome and enjoyed the lovely rooms which catered to all our needs. The city centre is quickly reached in 10 to 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

It's a really nice and sweet guest house. The stuff is kind and helpful. The room was tidy, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is really good. The city centre is just 10 minutes away by bus. I enjoyed my time here. I will come back with my family next year.

Everything was lovely and the breakfast was a particular highlight. A great selection and the breakfast room is very cozy - we felt right at home. Being able to store luggage after checkout was also a big plus. Nat and Roksi were great hosts and always responded to our messages very quickly - we will certainly be back.
