Mark couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. Our room was clean & tidy & our beds were comfy. The house is in a great location, only a short walk from restaurants & shops. We had no problems with parking - Mark very kindly gave us the parking token before we checked in as we arrived early to have a wander around town. We only booked the room, no breakfast, but it smelt amazing. Would definitely stay again & might have to give the breakie a try! Great value for money.

Great rooms and friendly staff at check in (though not staffed continuously). Views from loft rooms are great. Bathrooms are great too. Less than 15 min walk (down hill) from railway station.

I went to Harrogate for a conference. The place is really nice. It is an old apartment but renovated nicely. So we felt like staying in a house. The location is just next to the convention center. Breakfast was amazing and WiFi is excellent. The staff and the owners are really very helpful and approachable. The owners answer answer your questions very quickly. You can reach the location with bus no. 2 (direction Bilton) from Harrogate railway station.
