I can just talk & talk about this beautiful hotel. What a place. We only stayed for 2 days in our 15 days trip to UK. The Briscoe Lodge is located in a very quiet area close to the heart of Windermere: nearby, you will find shops, bars, restaurants and bus stops. The railway station is just a few minutes walk away. Graham, the owner, is one of the kindest person I have ever met. He is always ready to help and gave lots of advice about places to visit and which hikes to take. The place was really clean. Furthermore, the continental breakfast offered was really rich, including bread, jams, Nutella, yogurts, fruit juices and hot drinks. Finally, I would highly recommend this place and definitely would come back again!

In the beautiful Lake District, just a short walk from Windermere, this luxury bed and breakfast has beautifully appointed rooms, all with a modern, original bathroom and free Wi-Fi.
