Very comfortable and clean. Facilities in the room were excellent and allowed us to be able to prepare our meals in the room. Great supermarket 10 minutes away. Very helpful staff. Bus stop close by for easy access to central Oxford.

The host contacted me through Booking telling me all the instructions and codes we needed to enter the house. Our room was exactly as the picture, cozy, clean, and already warm. The bed was amazing and comfy. Towels and little bottles of shampoo and soap were also laid on the bed, and the fridge stocked with water. Bathroom a little bit on the small sized, but perfectly suitable with toilet, a small sink and a shower. Amazing.

Great guest house, tidy rooms, clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful and accommodating. We were a party of 11 and all had a great stay. Location is great also, only a short drive/taxi into town.
