Pleasant accommodation in large room with small private bathroom inside, well heated; at disposal a kitchen very well equipped. All in a beautiful context, very clean and tidy, there is also a large panoramic terrace. The host is really welcoming and thoughtful, available for any information and need. This might be my favorite guest house stay in Georgia. Temo and Nino were very hospitable and friendly, we communicated primarily in Russian. I was a solo female traveller and felt very comfortable, I was able to socialize with the hosts and other guests in the garden and also have private time. I personally loved that this house was away from the central part of Borjomi, I thought the central part was very touristy. Everything was very walkable, central part to the right, bridge essentially straight out, and park to the left. My favorite part was the park which was also in walking distance—gorgeous. I got to taste the homemade wine which was oh so delightful. They also assisted in directing me to a marshrutka that left to Kutaisi at the end of my stay. Would recommend and would stay again!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grimi’s house. Grimi is the best host you could ask for. His hospitality was unmatched, and he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was also a great pleasure to be invited to watermelon and home made Vino. The room itself was cozy, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. AC, wifi, strong hot water, comfy beds and nice small garden for a morning coffee.. it also has private parking, however I would recommend parking your car outside (in the main street or closeby) due to narrow entrance The location is beautiful, offering a serene and picturesque environment and view and a few minutes walk to famous attractions. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to the national park, and only a 5-minute drive to sulphur pools, where we could swim and enjoy the natural beauty. I highly recommend staying at Grimi’s place if you’re visiting Borjomi and Bakoryani is just a 30-m drive. It was an unforgettable experience and sure we'll come back!
