To sum it up - I've travelled to over 50 countries and this may be my top accomodation that I've ever stayed at. The space was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Couldn't fault the room and we really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evening. It was close to all attractions within Telavi. Ira (the host) was kind and helpful, she helped organise activities and made my birthday extremely special as she organised a cake and small present. Its an experience I will remember for a long time. The food was delightful, each breakfast felt like a home cooked meal. I'd also really recommend her khinkali! Overall, couldn't fault it and would recommend this to anyone. We will definitely be coming back to stay if we're ever in the region again.

The guestlady was extremely nice, even if she was not there on my first day, she made sure I had everything I needed. She helped me find a driver to get me around the Kakheti region for some wine tastings, and also made me breakfast and left me some wine in the evening. The guesthouse is just amazing, so rich in history, quite spacious and with a great terrace.

Valiko house was one of our favourite places we stayed in Georgia! There was a lovely garden and terrace, as well as a quiet location, which was perfect for relaxing. And the hospitality was superb and charming. We loved it!

The owners of the guesthouse (Dima and her husband Levi) are some of the sweetest people I have had the privilege to meet during my travels in Georgia. They have a wonderful home and I felt like a member of their family for the four nights that I stayed there. Breakfast can be arranged for an additional cost and it is excellent value for money (you will get a delicious spread of Georgian food that will give you enough energy for the rest of the day!) Dima speaks good English and is very social. She is happy to have a conversation with you about a range of different topics. I learned a lot about Georgian history from her. Please spend some time talking and getting to know them when you are not busy exploring Kakheti. They are genuinely curious about their guests and they are interested to know more about which part of the world you come from Even though I did not share the same language with Levi, he is a true gentleman and he generously gifted me a bottle of homemade wine, which I am very grateful for. In the backyard there is a large tree and hanging vines that provide ample shade and coolness, where you can sit and relax I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Dima's guesthouse and I look forward to returning in the future if I pass through Telavi again Didi madloba!

If you are in Kahketi you must stay at Neli & Zaal Guest House! Their home and garden are absolutely stunning. Our room was big and comfortable and the location was an easy walk to many wineries and the center of Telavi. But what really made our stay were Neli and Zaal who made us feel so at home and helped us create the best memories of our trip. Neli made the most unbelievably beautiful and tasty breakfasts, and Zaal hosted an incredible dinner complete with his homemade wine. We can't wait to return to Georgia and stay with them again.
