One of the best places we stayed during our trip to Georgia. Definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and definitely worth the price. Room was spacious and there was everything needed for cooking downstairs.

Happy to come back! Always friendly staff and always clean and comfortable rooms. Recommend everyone to take airport transfer offered by the property as taxi drivers tend to overcharge a lot and usually cannot find the place.

Great view and very helpful and kind staff. We needed breakfast early and this was arranged for us very willingly even though it was inconvenient for the person preparing breakfast. The breakfast was excellent. Lovely room, spacious and clean with balcony overlooking the town. Very nice terrace at the top of the house

Bebu and Babu are so accommodating even if we arrive 2 in the morning. The house is fantastic.

We (family of 5) were pleasantly surprised by Nadia's guesthouse. It is a 2-minute walk to the cable car that will take you to the city centre (1 Lari/person one way) and from a little shop, where you can get everything. My kids loved the pool, especially after a day of sightseeing. Nadia arranged a driver for us (300 GEL for the day), which took us to all the attractions we needed to see. We will definitely come back if we come to Kutaisi again.

All were amazing! A welcome drink and fruits at the table, coupled with wine and candies. (Churchkhela) The family who runs the hotel were incredibility nice. Legit! Saba is a definite Georgia's Tour Bae. My kids and us couple have enjoyed his company. If you want to explore whole Georgia, they could arrange this too at a fair reasonable rate. This place has true Georgian hospitality. Beautiful place and people! We left Georgia with new friends! Definitely come back to this wonderful place...😊 Thank you Saba and Mom... very generous!
