We stayed there for 3 nights and had such a great time staying here at Galaxy-R! Radi, the owner, is incredibly hospitable and also really funny — he made us feel so welcome, like we were visiting an old friend. Every morning started with a delicious homemade breakfast and our room was comfortable and clean, with a balcony that had the amazing mountain view — we loved sitting there and enjoying a glass of Georgian wine. The location is perfect for hiking, with beautiful trails leading to the glacier, the cross, and Koruldi Lake just nearby. We enjoyed our hiking days there a lot! I strongly recommend to visit the Svaneti Tower from Randi’s family. It is truly impressive that people could build such a tower with all the wise designs. I was stunned to be inside and see all the details. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to go back for a ski trip! Yes, it is perfect location for skiing as well!

Our stay at Guest House Lekhtagi was absolutely lovely. The property itself is charming, well-maintained, and offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly added a special touch to our experience. The only challenge we faced was the walk to the guest house, which was a bit difficult due to the snow. However, the beautiful surroundings and warm hospitality made it all worthwhile. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Just be prepared for a snowy trek if visiting in winter!

I felt truly at home here. Inga and Irma are such caring and welcoming hosts — I felt looked after the whole time. I had breakfast there every morning, and slept so peacefully thanks to the quiet and calm atmosphere of Mestia. The house is located just behind the main street, so you don’t hear any traffic — it’s incredibly peaceful, yet still right in town with easy access to ATMs, restaurants, and everything you need.
