Clean room - The room was very neat and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Friendly host - The host was friendly and proactively responded. Great location - The room was located on main road, just 2 minutes walk from the main church, 5 minutes walk from Samtavro. Also there is a park just in front of the room. Anna is an incredibly friendly and helpful owner. By my mistake, I booked for a wrong date, but it was not a problem and Anna arranged all necessary lodging for us. Location is incredible, few tens of meters from the Cathedral.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming, everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast and coffee was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return. The room was large and comfortable, with use of a sofa on the large outside verandah as well. The setting was great - calm and green, and the staff lovely. The breakfast was comprehensive and tasty
