The facility and rooms are very clean, the bathroom was very clean, it is a family business, we liked it very much, we stayed for 2 nights, but the location is not exactly accurate, contact the business or use Yandex maps for the exact location, the rooms open to a common balcony, you have to go up a steep road a bit far from the center.

Very nice room, you can see the fresh renovation, everything is very clean, well maintained and beautiful. Everywhere is cleaned well. Very comfortable to sleep (soft mattress and nice bed). There is a kettle in the corridor, you can make your own coffee/tea (which are also present there). There is also a hairdryer. The hostess is a very nice and friendly woman, gave us a ride to the center when we left.

A fantastic, comfy guest house surrounded by Svan towers. They even had a big fluffy dog outside. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very clean room, 4 beds in family suit room, perfect for us (with two kids). The communication with the hotel was very good, it is located in the very centre of the city (2 mins from marshrutkas station). The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony... the view was just amazing! You can use a kitchen to prepare a coffee/tea or even a meal.
