I just loved with ❤️everything! It’s really nice family guest house with really nice family. To sister and their sweet mother running around all the time. They baking fresh bread every morning with homemade pancakes, yogurt and lots of homemade Georgians food for dinner. Location of house perfect, front you have Ushba mountain and back amazing flowers mountains. Back of house there is hiking road with good marked . They help with everything and smile all the time. The location is great, and the property is beautiful and very relaxing. Close to Mestia, and up on a hill providing some of the best views in the area. A river runs through the property and there are plenty of places to sit and relax by the water. There is a well-stocked kitchen where you can cook your meals. We had breakfast made by the host and it was delicious. Multiple firepits and plenty of wood is available for having a fire.

Every part of this stay was incredible! Dato, the owner, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful! This lodge is incredible if you love hiking and want to explore the mountains surrounding it, and I wouldn’t miss out on the enchanting path that leads down to the river. It’s also an ideal distance from the center of Mestia. I really loved the food here both breakfast and dinner, where you’re served local/Georgian dishes. I can happily say that Ajapsandali is now my favourite, because of how deliciously it was prepared here. More than anything, if you’re looking for a city escape, you’ll be surrounded by the blissful sounds and scents of nature which are perfect for moments of tranquility. The surroundings are calm with breathtaking Mountain views. Also, if you take a stroll in the evening, you may be lucky to see fireflies which feels really special. I highly recommend this lodge for a solo traveler as well as families/ groups.

We received a warm welcome from the friendly family who runs the guesthouse, instantly making us feel at home. The guesthouse is in the best location, offering a fantastic view of the Usba mountain from our bedroom window with no obstructions. It's really easy to go on a hike to the Ushbi and Shdugra waterfalls as the road is right outside the guesthouse. We also had the pleasure of meeting their two amazing and super-friendly dogs named Beku and Bobi, who joined us on our hike to the waterfalls and back. The dinner and breakfast were simple but authentic, giving us a taste of the local culture. We want to thank Bacho and the family for their conversations, stories, and kind hospitality. Our parents also visited and were just as happy. We look forward to coming back next time!
