The room is in an ideal location, a short easy walk from the ferry, and only moments away from the harbour's shops and many eateries. A small balcony overhanging the walkway at the front of the building, provided a small view to the harbour and let in the pleasant sounds of harbour life, without disturbing my sleep at night.

Beautiful and brightly-lit rooms in an authentic old mansion close to the harbor. I especially loved all the various nooks where one could sit and read by a window or simply relax. I had to take a long conference call, so I set myself up downstairs out of everyone's way, and one of the staff kindly brought me juice and water, unprompted. Breakfast was excellent: french press coffee, juice, bread, homemade preserves, eggs, fruit, and yogurt.

I've been to a few of the Greek Islands before, and never been more comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and cozy, the breakfast excellent and the staff was super friendly. Located just a few minutes for the harbour, the location was close to everything but still located in a quiet part of town. Wold definitely come back to Phaedra Hotel

This is a family run hotel. As a guest I had the feeling that I am staying at the owner's home and not in a hotel and that gives a great feeling. The owner is very friendly, polite and provided a lot of information about Hydra. The hotel location is great- short walk from the port. The room is spacious, with large balcony, very clean and well equipped. The breakfast is good. Very recommanded!
