Splendid location, very clean and comfortable. The food was very tasty, original, but they were able to cater for our child, who is a fussy eater . The place is a family run and you can feel welcome by the whole family. They also sell some local goodies and very cool t-shirts and other activities. Due to the bad weather our plan had to change and the owner was happy to offer a solution and help!!! Also they were happy to share a local knowledge of the place and were easy to chat. Highly recommend! if only we knew it would be so nice we would plan a longer stay. The village itself was also wonderful, very quiet, authentic with kind friendly people and amazing scenery. The location was very good and peaceful. The room was very rustic and simple and in sync with surrounding enviroment/landscape. Stella is a great host. She was very helpful and hospitable with a very good knowledge of nearby trails and paths if you enjoy trekking aswell.

We stayed only one night, but it had we needed: it was quiet, clean, beds were confortable.

All I needed was my body and spirit to take a rest from living in the Babylon and spent a few days with my family somewhere on the south side of Crete as its known that it's much better than the North.I had a dear friend who recommended me a few places. Coral was the first one I looked at and straight away I found out that's the place that I needed.The rates were 9.2 but from my experience it's 10/10.Babis and his family are very caring and loving people.We were treated as one big family.Everyone is there for you at anytime for anything.Local fisherman would bring us fresh fish and Babis would cook it fresh for us... everyday we had fresh special dishes which is what I love..great mixed gastronomy with Cretan,Mediterranean and Arabic dishes..risotos,soups, variety of cheese,lamp, and goes on ,fresh coconut cookies, chocolate cakes,vegan and vegetarian dishes.. BEST SFAKIANES PITES even better from Sfakia itself (cause we tried on our last day after we left from Coral,we tried at Sfakia and it wasn't close at all),amazing cocktails(recommend the Corals special) great variety of beers ... definitely reccomend you Βεργίνα Honey& Spice Ale which is limited numbers of bottles that they make and he has it there for you..10out of 10 house wine( I love wine) also try ARPA COLA AND YOU WILL NEVER DRINK AGAIN COCA COLA..the tap water is so clean and healthy.RAKOMELO on another level(few people know how to make it , maintain it and drink it properly just ask Babis and enjoy it)The rooms where clean,tidy and comfy with an astonishing view...amazing Shisha flavours..blues, rock,Latino cubano music playing outside at the lobby...Many books you can read..the area is full of herbs that you can gather yourself and take it with you. Supermarket is less than a minute walk and they have anything you need! I can keep going but words are nothing comparing to reality 🙏 I wish everyone at Coral a great season..I can't wait to see you guys again in July.

This is a new modern apartment & I liked the cleanliness & decor of the suite. It felt calming and relaxing. Plenty of car parking space next to the apartment. I liked the great walk-in shower with a hairdryer provided. There was a flat screen TV for double bed area & another for the single bed area. It was good to find a welcome bottle of water in the fridge & shower gel & shampoo in the bathroom. Towels provided. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who gave us all the information. There was a good WiFi connection. The balcony was perfect for sitting to eat / drink & watching the world go by. The apartment is in a quiet location near a river with beautiful white ducks and geese, making themselves known at times ! We stayed on the first floor with steps leading up to the apartment. It is close to all amenities with a lovely taverna next to the river. Plenty of shops & cafenions to choose from. The local people were very friendly & helpful. We stayed one night as we had to collect a delivery near this village. I would have really liked to have stayed for more nights. It is an ideal spot for driving to nearby towns Vamos, Georgiopoli & close to Chania. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay & hope to return soon.

I had years to encounter such a friendly staff. The location of the rooms was quiet, which was what we were looking for. For our next visit at Loutro, Sofia's rooms will be my top choice. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The owners are very friendly. The room very clean and the view from the room absolutely what we expected to have. Good value for money.

The rooms were clean and cosy, with all the essentials you need. Gorgeous interior design, excellent room layout and facilities. Excellent location. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had such a great time! Highly recommend!
