The hotel is located in a perfect place, with a fantastic view on the sea. It is an old and very charming house in stones, with all comfort and a superb Ottoman Style lounge where you can sit on cushions and enjoy the view. But the most important point is how the owners Kostas and his wife, as well as Maria, who prepares the breakfast and run the hotel take care of you. We've been there in an awfulf moment, during the terrible flood that touched the Pelion. And they helped us with everything, Maria never let us down and would leave her home, which was partially flooded, to prepare each day a breakfast to us and the other couple which was staying there, even when we were short of water and food in the village. Kostas risked his own life to help us and took us in his car to bring us back to Volos, and he even organized for us a free stay in an hotel in Kala Nera because it took more time to get back to Volos than expected. We had never seen such fantastic hosts, never letting you down even when they were themselves sadly touched by the tragedy. To put it in a nutshell, they were just perfect people and we're eternally grateful to them.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts are incredible. The apartment was cleaned every day and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh, more than I could finish, and very tasty. The location is great; you can walk the stairs down to the beach (5min down, 10min up), but I was pregnant in full summer so we drove every day to the free parking at the beach (always space, 5min drive). Our summer holiday here was perfect!

The location is excellent, just off the main road thru the area do easy to get to places.. The accommodate is lovely, nice rooms, clean with good facilities, and the kitchen is an added bonus.

Panos and his wife were amazing hosts. The pension is in a great location, surrounded with beautiful natural beauty. The breakfast was all local food that Panos’s wife cooked especially every morning! Plus, Panos had great recommendations for must see places around the area. Everything. Great bed with high, firm mattress. Quiet location close to beach with easy parking. Welcome drinks in the fridge. Clean. Nice shower. Also with a small kitchen but we didnt use it. Good value for money.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay at! Quiet, clean, lovely and very friendly host! Rooms and bathrooms were comfy and spacious, spa bath is a nice touch after long day of hiking. Beautiful spots nearby, Kleopatra is more than happy to tell you where to go and which places to visit.
