This is the Oasis of Skiathos! Close to everything and in the same time very quite place. You can hear the songs of the birds. There is a free parking, Very fast wifi, nespresso machine in the room. The garden is very well decorated with olive trees etc The swimming pool is amazing. Last but not least, the property is new, cosy, smells great and you can feel and touch the quality of the materials... The host Dimitrios is very helpful, he is available 24/7 and knows many things about the island. You have to tell him for how long you Will Stay and he Will prepare the perfect Day plan during your Stay! Thank you Dimitrios, I saw the Real meaning of the word hospitality. If I have to summarize everything, i Will definitely recomend this place to all my friends...

This was the best accommodation I've ever been to. Level of cleanliness was 15/10. Wonderful and tastefully furnished room, the quality of mattress was stunning, I've never slept better. Supper silent environment, very close to the city centre and the harbour. I stayed here during the big water flood that happened at the beginning of September 23'. The receptionist Anna was beyond helpful and kind to everyone of the guests, trying to make us all feel as safe as possible. Big thanks also belong to the manager Monica who prolonged our stay, when our flights were cancelled. Hats down to you both, ladies. I will always stay here when returning to Skiathos. And so should you :)

It’s a beautiful house and a beautiful front yard with very nice flowers. The room has everything you need. Small fridge, hot water heater for coffee or tea. A lovely patio. Nina was so kind and helpful, and the staff were so nice. The room was so clean and nice. I highly recommend it. Plus excellent location!

Excellent location for restaurants, bars and shops. The studio flat was very clean, well maintained, comfortable beds and spacious with lots of storage. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our departure time was late afternoon and the owners let us stay in our accommodation, as no other guests were arriving that day. We would definitely recommend the Polykratis Rooms to family and friends and would stay there again!

Very beautiful view, close to the bus stop. Katerine is very kind, the cleaning is perfect. Big room. Thank You very much everything! I don't recommend it for those who can't handle climbing.

Amazing view from the balcony (we stayed in room nr 5) and the breakfast area. Clean room with good amenities. Very good breakfast included in the room price.

Such a nice, friendly helpful host. Nice, fresh rooms. Great location for the town and port without being noisy. We had a ground floor room which had a nice terrace (shared with one other room). AC was powerful when we wanted an occasional blast.
