From start to finish it was a pleasure to stay at the guest house. Although it was raining when we arrived, we were met with umbrellas to guide us to our rooms. Service was always with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. We got some great recommendations for beaches and activities. The breakfast every morning was so good, with locally sourced tea, jams, eggs etc. Nothing to fault, an amazing location to explore the local area.

We lived the wine in our room, the balcony with sea view, the sound of the waves, the cleanliness and comfort were really good, the decor was modern and stylish, the owners were really friendly and helpful, it was managed very well, and the breakfast was delicious and big.

What we liked: the helpful staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, the beautiful view from our room, great value for money and possibility to park car near hotel. Tips for other travelers: instead of the local Litochoro beach, we recommend Agii Saranda. Don’t go there by car—walk instead! It really takes just 15–20 minutes through the olive grove from the neighboring hotel. Ask the staff—they’ll gladly explain the way. Also, don’t look for places to eat in the nearby villages—Litochoro has enough options for every taste, and prices are reasonable.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay at! Quiet, clean, lovely and very friendly host! Rooms and bathrooms were comfy and spacious, spa bath is a nice touch after long day of hiking. Beautiful spots nearby, Kleopatra is more than happy to tell you where to go and which places to visit.

A good location for a stress-free stay in Tsagarada, Amalthia Traditional Guesthouse is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain.

The room was spacious and had a magnificent view. The only problem was with the water because we couldn't adjust the temperature very well. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff very friendly
