Good location and friendly and accommodating staff. I accidentally booked a day earlier than I meant to and even though it says non refundable/modifications, they changed the dates for me without cost. Also arrived at 9am to store luggage before checking in at 2pm and was allowed to check in straight away/go to bed straight away !

I stayed at all three branches (Harilela, Burlington, and Haiphon). Harilela and Burlington were absolutely fantastic. Clean, quiet, and well-appointed. There was a fridge and hot water inside the room, and a microwave in the common area. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very good. The Haipon branch was not as good though; a little bit more noise from other guests and the bathroom not as good. It was still good though, just not as good as the other two branches.

It has everything you need and is not over-serviced. This is the best price for a hostel in a big city. I come to Hong Kong several times a year and will use this place every time. As a workaholic, a coworking space where I can stay overnight is best for me, so it's perfect. The staff, location, price and facilities are all great!!!

The room was spacious and very clean. The owner was super sweet and considerate, helping us with everything. If you are looking for a place in a good area, centric and comfortable, this is the place. The best value for money I have seen in my travels in Asia. To be honest the pictures don't do it justice, though simple, it was very clean and quite big.
