I was a solo traveler and rented a double. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and there was a fridge and a washer in the room that I wasn't expecting. There was ample space to leave my large luggage open the whole time. The location is also perfect - easy walking distance to Causeway Bay station and in the middle of Causeway Bay, however the street that the rooms are located on is quite wide so it's not as crammed as other narrow streets in HK. I also really liked that it was keypad entry and never had to carry around a key card.

I stayed at all three branches (Harilela, Burlington, and Haiphon). Harilela and Burlington were absolutely fantastic. Clean, quiet, and well-appointed. There was a fridge and hot water inside the room, and a microwave in the common area. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very good. The Haipon branch was not as good though; a little bit more noise from other guests and the bathroom not as good. It was still good though, just not as good as the other two branches.

Location is amazing. Next to Metro (MTR). Bed is very comfortable. Staff were very friiendly and accommodating. Theres water for free especially summer in HongKong is really hot and humid. AC in the room is comfortable cool enough. Bathroom inaide the room is very convenient and shower wxperience overall are satisfying as it ia always clean everyday. Lift access every floors are super convenient. Best part is refreshment after check out day is best. Ms.Pesh, in the reception was amazing in ensuring our comfort. She recommends area for freshen up after check out and ensure we were able to get into that floor. We took shower on check out day in late afternoon and return towels after freshen up. Toiletteries and slippers are provided which makes it even more convenient. The refreshement floor is interesting and comfoetable. SUPER. LOVE IT TO THE MAX.

I had a lovely, relaxing time at this place. It was everything I needed and wanted from a hostel and very clean and homely. The staff member treated me very well and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.

The property was amazing absolutely loved my stay. Getting to the place can be a bit of a maze but they send you directions and maps were a great help! You are right beside ladies market here with the MTR only a 2 min walk away where you can then go anywhere!!
