We liked everything about this place. It looked like a boutique hotel. The host did his best to make us feel at home. He even put a Belgian beer in the fridge because he knew how picky we are when it comes to beer ;-) We found it very easy to check in (we received a code via whatsapp) and there was a secured parking spot for our car. The apartment was very clean, the wifi connection was excellent and the bed felt amazing to sleep in. There was also air conditioning, which you need in Croatia during the summer months. Karlovac may not be the most touristic place but Zagreb is only an hour away by car and Zadar isn't too far aswell. And oh, the host put Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. My girlfriend absolutely loved it. It was a nice touch and it didn't go unnoticed.

Very good, comfortable homey room, well-equipped with fridge, water boiler, comfortable bed, careful modern housewares, Netflix, toiletries, clean and big bathroom. Very kind, flexible, careful host (we arrived in the night without a problem for 1 night), in the fridge a lot of free presents (beer, snacks), tea, instant coffee. Everything what is needed and exceeds expectations.

Apartment is spacious. Location is perfect if you would like to see the downtown. Self-check-in is possible. Easy to communicate with the host, she replies quickly. I would recommend to try delicious pizza in Pizzeria Mona Lisa which is located in the same building
