The location was perfect, walkable from the ferry and right at the entrance to the National Park. The view from the balcony over the harbor was unbeatable, a great spot to watch the sunset. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was the most homely comfortable accommodation on our whole trip. The view from the balcony was stunning. I could step out the door to swim in the clearest water. The host was very friendly and kind - - he cooked us fabulous fresh seafood dinners. While the room (also the price) is basic, there is everything you need for a relaxing break.

Above all, the family & host at the property are wonderful, admirable people willing to assist their customers to ensure they have the best stay possible on Mljet. We can’t thank them enough for the fantastic stay and the wonderful advice they provided us during our time in Ropa. Kayla and Matt are happy to have met them!

We had a wonderful stay at Guesthouse Sanela. The apartment is extremely clean and very well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The location is excellent—quiet, scenic, and perfect for exploring Mljet. It offers a beautiful view over the surroundings, making mornings and evenings on the terrace particularly memorable. The space itself is thoughtfully arranged, spotlessly clean, and clearly cared for with love. Everything we needed was available and in great condition. Sanela is an amazing host—super friendly, welcoming, and extremely responsive. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mljet.

Friendly welcome by Maris and her daughter, providing everything we needed to feel at home and helping us with other information such as bus timetables and activities. Very comfortable and clean room with total peace and quiet for the whole stay. The panoramic view of the coquettish bay is wonderful, enjoying the sunrise and the traditional activity of some fishermen getting up early with their small boats. From our hearts we are very grateful for your hospitality and kindness. Highly recommended and we will gladly come back again, God willing.
