Genuinely a beautiful property - both location and rooms. The host and other guests were very lovely, welcoming and accommodating too and it was all round a fantastic stay. Wish we could have stayed much longer!!

The location was fantastic, in the center of the old town, a few steps above the main road so it was quiet. The rooms are small but very clean and nicely decorated. Mrs. Viva who runs them is amazing, knowledgeable about everything, she suggested restaurants were great choices, she helped us find transportation to where we wanted to go, anything we needed and we texted her, she responded immediately and helped us with everything . I highly recommend it and consider it a great choice for someone who wants to go to Dubrovnik and stay in a great place, in the old town, with great service.

Everything it was superb the location was excellent you were in the heart of old town with everything at your doorstop. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and I note others made comment on no lifts in Dubrovnik lifts are not allowed to be added to the buildings as they are UNESCO listed. If that’s important don’t stay in old town, but you only carry bags up once and down once and we were offered help to carry up. The little touches of the sun strawhat, L’Occitane toiletries were lovely. I’d stay again!

Friendly, professional and helpful staff, always smiling at you and making you feel good about being there. They helped us with carrying our bags and they also gave us great recommendations of what to do in the city. We received complimentary water AND a bottle of wine. The breakfast is a-la-carte! We had a great time!

Very cozy rooms and very well made loved the aesthetics and the use of the smaller elements. The staff was very helpful they coordinated with us and helped us with the luggage as there were stairs to get to the rooms

It's indeed a home sweet home. I felt at home the moment I arrived. Zrinka is very accomodating and welcoming. She is also very flexible with any request you may have. View is stunning. Quiet place. I appreciate the small things that other accomodation do not have, like good access to plugs, welcome beers and fruits, beach towels which we can bring out, mini fridge.

Our room was amazing!! Our host Dubravka was so lovely and helpful! Bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great very close to all restaurants and shops in old town. Breakfast was really nice too!
