Good clear & helpful information from the start ! Lovely quiet area ! Parking right outside the front of the property! Beautiful cared for accommodation! All very clean & tidy ! Good bathroom , come bed , a few items to make basic meals which is perfect, most important is a good fridge which was there ! Lovely friendly hosts , great breakfast, filling & variety! A cosy comfortable place , good seating in the inclosed courtyard! Some neat touches of the past from local area ! Will definitely like to stay again, highly recommended & photos are a true accurate representation of the accommodation Good Wi-Fi, small local shop in the village !

Value for money is great. Super friendly and very helpful hosts, nice outdoor spa. The house is in a beautiful small village in the middle of nowhere. Hosts speak english and german very well. I can only highly recommend and say thank you for the stay.

Absolutely fairytale like environment! Rooms were great and comfortable for a little family of 4 in a quadruple room wìth a little kitchenette inc.: micro and fridge. There were also some playgrounds within the property for children which was a nice touch and very useful for a family of 4. The breakfast was amazing with continental elements and scrambled eggs. Also, the lady was really nice and helpfull all the way! I would absolutely recommend to people who are staying in the Szombathely -Sarvar -Koszeg -Sonne Therme and Bukkfurdo area, it's just in the middle of this area.

We spent there only a night but everything was excellent. Beautiful both house and garden with a special atmosphere. Steps were maybe too steep for old people but our kids (cca 10 years old) were all right with it.

This has been our favourite stop on roadtrips through central Europe. From the moment you enter the gate to the parking, you are in a secluded little oasis of peace and quiet. The staff is really nice, the pool is great, the rooms are lovely and the roof top terrace alone is worth the money!
