The view on Mount Agun from the balcony is a delight pleasure every day ! The room is very clean, calm and the breakfast is good. The staff is welcoming and responsive ! You can rent motorbike but beach and city center can be reach by walk.

location on the beach was beautiful, the owner was superkind, the room and bathroom were very clean. We got the room on the first floor which gives a nice view on the sea and the mountains. We also got a freshly made breakfast, twice warm water for coffee or tea and fried bananas or pancakes at 16:00, and that all included in the price. This is the attention to detail which makes all the difference. You can Snorkel in front of the hotel and there is an outside shower to rinse of the seawater. There are towels for washing and for swiming. I could easily stay there for a few weeks , I will surely come back !

Such a peaceful location overlooking the sea, wonderful service, food was delicious, a lovely family feel to this hotel. A great place for some r&r. Massages, laundry, drivers - all easily arranged.

Wayan, his family and his place are just awesome! The ambiente felt like home just with an amazing beach just in front of the terrace. The Bedroom and the bath were very clean. Wayan also arranged a trip to the temple near by and our fast boat trip to the gilis. Most friendliest host ever!

It's one of the nicest hotels i've ever been to. The beach is right in front of the room. There are some beds in the beach area. The staff was always punctual and very nice. They bring your breakfast to your room. They booked us a taxi to out next stop, made us breakfast very early on that day. Also we got a free dinner from them. The room is very nice, big and clean. There is nothing negativ i can say about the Solaluna Beach Homestay.

It's the best hostel in Amed ! Everything was perfect, the view, the bed, the cleaning. The shower was the best we have had in Bali. You are literally 5 meters from the sea and the hostel can lend you a mask, swimming fins and a tuba for 40k and they even let us use it after check-out because we stayed for the day. It has a shower outside for you to use when you come back from swimming with turtles IN FRONT of the hostel. Theu are always available on what's app to help you out with recommendations. We were also able to leave our luggage after check-out. Really one of our favorite hostels in all of the world.

Beautiful place, clean, very spacious, very friendly and helpful owner. View was beautiful on the rice fields. Also, contrary to other reviews, we were not bothered by the main road, isolation was great. It is true though, that you need a scooter and then it’s 5min to all the restaurants downtown.

Reallly nice room with amazing bathroom and even a little kitchen with fridge and gascooker. You will have a beautiful ocean view and can see the sunrise in the morning lying on a bed at the balcony if you want. The host family is really nice aswell and Joe will help you out if you need anything. Definetely will come back here.
